Philanthrophy

Company RETIC has it owns internal social programme and company philanthrophy. RETIC knows that it’s goal is not only to provide products and services binded with it’s production but wants to be also socially responsible against towards it’s surroundings, against public utility organisations, events and people in need of help or donations.

RETIC has internal social programme based on culture of dressing, catring and behaviour. Employee remuneration is based on approved procedures and includes also remuneration in the form of 13th and 14th salary. As part of the mutual trust and respect, the company has also introduced a year-end get-together party with music or gift-giving to employees on significant life anniversaries.

Throughout its history, RETIC has financially supported nurseries, schools and municipal authorities - especially in the area surrounding its headquarters. It has also financially supported the repairs of the Evangelical and Catholic churches, the publication of books about the village of Malé Zálužie and Šurianky, as well as the publication of a book about the history of the establishment of the Evangelical congregation in Nové Sady. The company is also involved in sports activities, where it has been supporting the Nové Sady football club for many years. The company has also long supported the handball club Sporta Hlohovec - vice-champion of the Slovak Republic, as well as the football club FC Nitra and the hockey club HK Nitra.

RETIC was also behind the greatest successes of Slovak handball, when the men's national team fought its way to the World Championships in Croatia and Sweden and the European Championships in Serbia. RETIC was the main general sponsor of the Slovak men's and women's national teams in 2009-2016.

RETIC supported the publication of two books about Milan Rastislav Štefánik, published by a team led by Professor Fusko. The company has also been a long-time supporter of the Hrabiny Social Services Home, where there is a centre for disabled citizens.

In 2007, the partners of RETIC, s.r.o. also founded the Civic association "Domovinka", whose main focus is the protection and promotion of health, the development of physical culture, the preservation of cultural values and the promotion of education.

In the history of the company, which was founded in 1992, there have been countless activities related to philanthropy, whether corporate or social. In the above lines, only the most significant ones have been mentioned, but even from these it can be clearly concluded that RETIC is very close to these ideas.
